Bad breath is so common but so easily fixed. Simply cleansing the mouth of bacteria on a fairly regular basis can cure all but the most stubborn cases of bad breath. Brushing your teeth is a good start, but flossing and tongue scraping are also necessary to cure bad breath. Drinking plenty of water after a spicy meal is a good idea as well. Doing all of these things will keep your breath fresh and clean all of the time. It will also cut down on your need for tons of breath mints and gum.
