Learn how to become a multi-orgasmic man with our guide to having multiple orgasms. You can have stronger orgasms if you practice Kegels or incorporate prostate stimulation into your sex life.
Separating orgasm from ejaculation isn't an easy process. First, you'll need to locate your PC muscle. The PC muscle starts and stops the flow of urine. Practice isolating this muscle and contracting it throughout the day. Contracting the PC muscle will make it stronger (making your orgasms stronger as an added benefit).
Once you find and strengthen your PC muscle, start experimenting by masturbating. Take yourself just before the point of no return, and instead of ejaculating, stop and hold your PC muscle for a count of ten. Relax and take a short break (two to three minutes). Being masturbating again, bringing yourself just a little bit closer to the point of no return, again contracting your PC muscle to hold off orgasm. Continue in this fashion until you want to break something. I mean, until you can't take it anymore.
Now, continue masturbating until you reach orgasm. As your orgasm begins, stop all stimulation of your penis and concentrate on contracting your PC muscle. You should feel yourself trying to ejaculate, but holding your PC muscle tight enough will stop ejaculation. A little semen may seep out, but it should not spurt out with its usual force. If you were able to keep yourself from completely ejaculating, you should find that you are still aroused. You should be able to resume stimulation of the penis and attempt another orgasm.
If you could not hold off from ejaculating, your PC muscle may not be strong enough yet, or you may have to keep experimenting with timing. Keep practicing and soon you should be able to achieve multiple orgasms.
In the meantime, consider experimenting with prostate stimulation. Some men don't want to try prostate stimulation because of the prostate's taboo location. It is a widely believed myth that if you enjoy anal stimulation, you're gay. The truth is, gay or straight, all men have a prostate gland and can have stronger, more explosive orgasms when it's stimulated.
To stimulate the prostate, lube up a finger and gently guide it into your anus. Push your finger in about two inches, paying attention to your body's response and remembering to relax. Now, press your finger in a "come hither" motion towards your penis. You might feel the gland, which is raised and feels like a walnut. Try moving your finger from side to side or try tapping the prostate. Experiment with different pressures and strokes to find out what feels the best to you. Add another finger or try a butt plug if you feel comfortable. Anal toys like the Aneros are curved especially for prostate stimulation and leave your hands free for masturbation or partner sex.
