Primatene Mist Epinephrine
Inhalation Aerosol Broncholidator is for temporary relief of shortness
of breath, tightness of chest, and wheezing due to bronchial asthma.
Primatene Mist eases breathing for asthma patients by reducing
spasms of bronchial muscles.
Important note;
This product is only
to be used by persons who have been diagnosed with asthma by a
physician. Do not use this product if you have heart disease,
diabetes, or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the
prostate gland unless directed by a physician. Do not use this
product if you have ever been hospitalized for asthma, or you
are taking any prescription drug for asthma unless directed by
a physician.
Drug Interaction
Precaution; Do not
use Primatene Mist Inhaler if you are now taking a prescription
(MAOI) monoamine oxidase inhibitor (certain drugs for depression,
psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's Disease) or
for two weeks after stoping the MAOI drug. If you are uncertain
whether your prescription drug contains an MAOI, consult a health
professional before taking this product.
Each Primatene Mist
Inhaler has a mouthpiece for Oral Inhalation, and is 1/2 fluid
ounces (15ml).
