Pills that might make your penis larger (for a few hours)

What is the deal with all of these penis enlargement pills? Do they really work? Is this some form of a scam? We will try to answer these questions to the best of our ability here.

At best, these pills and other pills like them will enhance blood flow to your penis. The effect will be temporary, but it is likely that your erection will be slightly larger than it has been in the past. The increased blood flow will cause your erection to be firmer and thus slightly larger. The effect will not last.

Recently a number of dietary supplements have hit the market making some obscure claims. These claims seem to focus around enlargement of the penis. The most familiar might be Enzyte (tm). Enzyte and it's maker Lifekey Healthcare Inc. claim that you can experience "Natural Male Enhancement". One product called "Longitude" made even wilder claims. It promised users permanent penis enlargement. They even told users to stop using Longitude when they reach 8-9 inches because that is all most women can handle.

Certainly, these products can't work as promised and many probably do not. In May of 2002 the makers of Longitude were arrested and their property seized. They are being prosecuted for fraud.

Even though one company is being prosecuted for fraud people still have faith that these products work. In fact, they may be somewhat effective on a temporary basis.

For a few years we have sold pills, liquids, and creams that contain Yohimbe. Yohimbe is known to increase the size of blood vessels and has been taken to promote firmer erections for some time. Users of Yohimbe have reported that their penis was at its largest when they use the product.

Deciding whether the makers of these products were brilliant scam artists or marketing geniuses will be left to the courts. Nevertheless, a number of manufacturers have started selling these products in a way that suggests penis enlargement.

The makers of Longitude were by far, the worst. They claimed that the pills resulted in permanent penis enlargement with "absolutely zero" side effects. Others are more cautious. e-LONG-ate is marketed as a "Male Erectile Enhancement Formula" whatever that means. We are fairly certain their legal strategy is to promise nothing specific. It is hard to be arrested for fraud when you don't promise anything specific.
