Crest Whitestrips contain the same enamel-safe ingredient that dentists use. The strips are used on the upper teeth first, are worn for 30 minutes twice a day, removed, and the remaining gel is brushed or rinsed away. The process is repeated on your lower teeth. The lower strip has a different shape to better fit the lower teeth.
